[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Definitely invest in an external microphone. The phone one is fine for calls and amateur TikTok clips, but if you want to be taken seriously, you have to present yourself in as professional a light as possible, and that includes the quality of your audio video footage.
Honestly, the iPhone microphone is really great. My brother records song on his phone and they literally sound studio quality so you should be good with that for now.
even a cheap microphone (around $100) can go a looong way in increasing the audio quality I would highly recommned
Unless you want the audio to sound like it is literally recorded from a phone, it is much better to invest in an external microphone. It is more or less considerable money but it is an investment that will help you in many projects.
If you are just starting out filming projects, I would recommend using the mic on your phone. It will make a big difference in the overall quality of your video if you use an external mic, but it is not necessary for beginners.
If your phone is very good like a last-generation iPhone, the microphone can give you very good results. But it will always be different from with an external microphone.
External microphones are definitely worth the investment. If you're planning on making more projects like these, you'll get the ROI in no time. I cannot recommend it enough.
Hi there! I would really recommend you to invest on an external microphone. Quality audio does a lot for a project.
Pleaseee do not use your phone mic - the sound quality will be atrocious on a bigger level! Investment in a mic is gonna do you a world of good in the long run
The sound quality is not good. I suggest you purchase an external microphone. It doesn't have to be expensive though.
If you are on a tight budget, then your phone's mic will do. But if you want quality work, you should invest in an external one. It is worth it.
