Can I visit another country and stay for few days while traveling to my home country for h1b stamping? My current h1 stamp has expired and need stamping at my home country. I do understand visa is for US and other country visit shouldn't matter but while filling ds 160 it asks visited country in last 5 years not sure how that affects. Thanks

Any leads on non-consulting firms that hire for organizational change management or OD roles and offer H1 sponsorship (manager and above). I love what I do but the constant need to balance my 17 month old’s needs with priorities at work is taking a toll on my mental and physical.
