Visa question - I am currently on a Tier 2 visa. Got a new job where my application has been submitted and I’m waiting to provide my biometrics. I got PTO for the last 2 weeks at my current firm and planning to visit family in Europe. On my return day I will technically still be employed by my current employer. Will it be safe for me to travel or are there risks of not being able to re-enter the UK?

I have an offer for Sr. Data Scientist from Visa, CTC 38 LPA. I also have cleared 2 Technical rounds for a Sr DS role in GoJek. There are 2 more rounds pending of which one is a live coding round. How much can I expect/ask from GoJek if I clear it? Both are based out of Bangalore. Do these companies offer international transfers by any chance?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows of or has curriculum for students in a Study Skills class?

I have been given three sections of Study Skills with 15-20 students in each.
I have always taught SDC, but this year my district said that we can do that now. When I got my credential I was not allowed to teach Resource classes unless I took classes and received the Resource Certificate. Does anyone know if this is legal?

Deloitte filed my GC in EB3 in 2019 I was Sr. con at that time. Recently got promoted to Manager, will Deloitte upgrade to EB2 and what’s the process? I had EB2 from previous employer before I joined Deloitte with priority date August 2015 which Deloitte was able to carry forward on their EB3 application.
