Hi , need some visa related guidance . I have my visa valid till May 2023 and have an approved I140. If I leave deloitte now then do I need to get my I140 approved in a different company before May 2023 ? I really want to quit but thinking abt visa makes me stop even applying for jobs

Fish on visa - do you put ‘Candidate requires sponsorship’ on your resume ? I feel it is a time waste to get interview calls and anticipation only to find out they don’t sponsor on the call.

In the present scenario, what's a better option for current students b/w two for job opportunities (considering visa sponsorship challenges) aspect: 1) study on f1 and then avail cpt/opt for job
2) study on h4, apply for h4 ead (assuming their spouse already has an approved i140) and look for jobs.

Folks on visa, does pwc going “remote” means they will amend our job/petition to say it’s remote - thus allowing us to actually move to any location instead of being stuck to tagged office area ?
