Yes, 100%. Some of my closest/oldest friends are guys. We've never made passes at each other, we're just great friends.
I feel sorry for folks missing out on this dimension of life. 😔
My 3 longest lasting best friends have been guys and it literally has never gotten weird once. (~10 years) So yes :)

This question again? The answer is ultimately no because they emotional closeness necessary for a quality romantic relationship tends to foreclose having this same level of close emotional intimacy with another member of the opposite sex. The two compete with each other and if people are serious about the romantic relationship turn the romantic relationship wins...

Yes. Of course? Maybe this is cultural, where is the author from?
Sure. Some men seem to struggle with this, but that’s on them not the concept.
I have never seen this work out
Never seen it work. Lol.
Girls will say yes. Guys will say no. Lmao

As long as they ain't inmates in a prison, yes.
Yes, but in some cases there will be sexual tension

100% as long as you never kiss them. As soon as you kiss them everything changes
Yes on my end. But I feel like many guys can develop feelings one way or another.
It’s difficult. I was friends with my ex for 10 years. We eventually got married (which messed up the friendship). If there is any level of attraction from either person it’s awkward.
I think it depends on the person. I can admit I (as a straight female) have messed around with the majority of my close male friends I had in the past at one time or another. In fact, my husband was a very good friend of mine for 2ish years before things turned physical and then dating, marriage, etc. So for me, the answer is clearly no lol.
Not me🙋🏿♂️
I thought a guy who I was friends for a few months with was more gay than straight… turns out I was wrong and now we’ve been dating for a year and a half. So I think no unless there is zero sexual attraction. So many of my man friend/acquaintances eventually try hitting on me so I try to keep things very casual. Most of my male friends are part of a couple or just acquaintances in a large friend group
