Can one become a Partner while on H1b?

Hello everyone! Due to visa issues I will transfer from the US to another Bain office and was considering Dubai. How is WLB (amount of hours)? How flexible is the expense policy? Is it actually fun to be there? Thanks in advance!

I have had a rough time with Visa and Mastercard. Bought V at 213, MA at 338. Should I add to those positions further? Also got some SQ today at 209 and looking to get more as it hits 200.

if you have an H1B and you leave your job. Go to India for a year, can you reapply using the same H1B or is it easier to get a new one?

Or is it basically like applying to a new one?

Traveling to dubai on way back to India, filling out visa application & it says to provide Contact in UAE - i have no 1 there. Any1 been in this situation?

Hello , I have accepted an offer from a UK firm , they mentioned that they will provide coc form to me and then I have to apply for a visa (they will reimburse the visa cost)

Got an offer for a job that starts in the summer (Jul 2022) and the firm is willing to apply for the H1B lottery. Since I’d have two entries (McK + other firm), what happens if the McK entry gets picked up (assuming the other firm isn’t)? Am I correct to assume that I’d have to stay at McK atleast until Oct 2022? Or can the other firm formally apply for my H1B instead?

infosys - 22.29L.
JPMorgan Chase - 27L, still negotiation going on (also have h1b visa if that matters in negotiation).
I am planning to join in JP Morgan. This is going to be my first company switch (working at onshore since last few years) so wanted to know below things:
1). Is 27L is good enough for 10 yoe resource ? I have seen people joining 24-25L at 4 yoe.
2). How is asset and wealth management (AWM)..? JP Morgan

I am being told I cannot clear a right to work check until my BRP arrives. And because of this I will need to have my start date pushed by two weeks (start date is mid Jan right now, visa approved yesterday and they need the documents by end of week).

Does this make sense? I'm trying to argue my case as I don't like the idea of losing two weeks, and I am approved. I cannot control the post delivery times...

How does H1B unused time recapture work after leaving the USA?

I am on h1b with an approved i140. Been on h1b for more than 10 years. In this last h1 renewal I have about 1.5 years left.

If I leave for India now, can my employer H1 cap exempt petition to recapture the unused time? Does it have to happen within 6 years of leaving the USA?

Pwc GC policy question- I am an SA but my I140 was filed for Manager title. Now if I leave after 6months of I140 approval but am still SA is the I140 valid so I can jump to another company, or is it nullified or something as I don’t have Manager title now. will the new company be able to leverage the priority date? Only 2 yr left on out of 6yrs of H1B.
