1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? Last night I came to to the decision that if/when my company makes me come back into the office, I am done, going to quit. Hi everyone! I am a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and have been with my company for a bit over a year and a half. I am one of the few that has stayed this long, 1 of 2 bilingual techs, and there’s been a high turn over rate in technicians since I’ve start but it has increased drastically lately so in light of that I was thinking of asking for a raise. If a firm thinks you’re the right candidate to make an offer to, do they usually continue interviewing anyway? Confused because I had a great interview and think I’m a great fit but the firm is continuing to interview and will make decisions in the next couple weeks. Is that not a good sign?
