I know it can be challenging for everyone. However, going through the application process entirely behind a computer screen, sending resumes and cold emails, is quite traumatic for the extrovert that I am. I need to talk to people. I find the online process dehumanizing and filled with toxic moments like gaslighting, being ignored etc.

I’m being promoted internally and have been told I’m getting the max salary increase the agency is offering (12%). I’ve been with this agency for nearly 3 years and haven’t received a raise (aside from cost of living adjustments) in nearly 3 years. I tried to negotiate a higher (15-20% raise) but was unsuccessful. I’m the sole PM on the largest account at the agency and continually hit our revenue numbers. Granted, no one got raises in 2020, but this feels like I’m being lowballed. Thoughts?
