Can somebody explain why the stimmy money didn’t allow pregnant women to claim the child and receive more money?

Amazonians: Do you have an surrogacy benefits? PwC recently enhanced surrogacy (or adoption) benefits up to $25k per child (lifetime max of $75k I believe). I know Amazon is significantly larger and likely doesn’t offer as lucrative of a benefit, but curious if there is something like this there?

Having been pregnant I can you the best thing you can do is tell your managers/partners. It's sucks you feel that physically but your team would respect you more if you came out and told them what you are going through and you need help. If it has been affecting your work it may only get worse and could be too late to get help in time for 10/15 deadline so you should say something as soon as possible. If you don't want the wider group to know you should also tell them that and ask them to respect your wishes but at least they can get you help.
