Anyone here in Corporate Banking at a BB? Is base comp same as IB (85~) with a smaller bonus %? I keep reading conflicting reports online and would love to hear from anyone in CB (or just their day to day and experience in general)

What I feel is who have joined PwC between October'21 to January'21 have got default rating-3 and hike of 5% and bonus also similar to that.

As 31st January was the cut-off date and they had given 5% ad-hoc hike in January as well.

I might be wrong but general observation and possibility I'm talking about.

What are benefits of working in jp morgan apart from ctc and variable pay ?

If you switch to a MNC after working in a startup, do they give you hike or will they just match the salary?
