Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

Bro, my suggestion would be to join a start up. Pressure will be high, risk is there but you will learn a lot and also the good thing is only small companies will give you these types of opportunity. MNC will rarely allow a support guy to do development so easily. Remember in MNC you are not a human, you are a resource.
First start with python (entire OOPs , custom exception handling and every fundamental things), then learn the usage of basic packages like json, request, time etc. Then jump to framework like django.
Learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Then ReactJs. [If you want to jump into full stack also] Then to polish more, learn AWS and SQL. that's it.. it will take nearly 2 yrs.

@Author I told you na.. only small/ mid size company will give you the opportunity. MNC will only allow you to work on your area. They will never allow you to explore something other than your work area. I spend my first 4 years in a start up and I gained most of my knowledges from there only. Then switched to MNC.
