I'm hiring soon for a clinical pharmacist roles to do prior authorizations from home. It's state programs and mainly 9 to 5. What should the compensation be? It'll include 3 weeks vacation and all holidays off btw.

Have I just had bad luck with the companies I've been at or is it like this everywhere? I've had 7 managers in my 4 years of experience, 3 in one year at my first position (which is why I left) and now 4 at the 2nd company in 3 years. There has been a mix of people leaving and people getting fired but the instability feels extreme.

Had a final round interview, heard from hiring manager I would hear back last Mon/Tues. Followed up on Wed, they provided employee benefits guide for new hires to me and mentioned I would hear a decision Thurs (didnt hear, then considered maybe Friday was a holiday). Should I follow up again today (Mon) or wait another day? Was getting employee benefits guide a good sign? (I did not ask for it at this stage) Mixed signals!

We used up the time discussing my role and him connecting it to role im applying for. At the end I only got to ask about company culture and quick goodbye. Asking for a friend; but, in the world of non union digital content shoots, what are the meal period laws for crew on pre-light and shoot days?
