Can someone comment on the interview difficulty level for SDE-2 for Amazon?

YOE is 7 years
I've been offered the position of team lead/ consultant in Accenture Operations.
Glassdoor mentions the salary range as 9LPA to 14LPA
Is is fair to ask for that range? Given my CTC is so low?
How much should I ask for?

I’m interviewing for a an EA role to CEO, who is also interviewing for a chief of staff. CEO has alluded to me being a great CoS based on recent exp, and longer term COO and has asked if I’m going to find the EA role limiting. Do I address my interest in the CoS role, plus gaps in my experience or do I focus on the EA role and finding opps to add value outside of EA responsibilities without stepping on the CoS toes? I really want to work for this CEO & don’t want to talk myself out of the EA job

I have recently completed my oracle director round and i mentioned my expected ctc in director round and after 2 weeks i got call from HR that i will be getting my offer letter next week but he didn't mention the offer number? can I renegotiate the offer with counter offer(which i got in between the 2 weeks and is more than the expected CTC which i mentioned in director round) if the offer provide by oracle is less ORACLE

So I'm interviewing, have had loose salary conversation (talked about band but not specifics), and approaching the official offer stage. It's become clear the role is something I'm very well qualified for, but their pay expectations for the role are much lower than mine. On my team, software engineers end up creating test cases by writing up step-by-step guides for each ticket. QA employees follow these and innovate them where they can - but they ultimately need SEs to provide them A LOT.

This process seems dumb - the test cases disappear after the ticket is completed and I feel like QA isn't much of a professional role if they just follow guides provided to them.

I have to know… does everyone go straight from memory on coding interviews? I just completed one today with no references, and totally inverted a couple parameters on language specific functions I called. I did note the expected result and some brief reasoning.

I’ve seen some posts about pros and cons of boot camps or learning additional languages but with my current experience, would either of these be a realistic path to get a job? I have received two offers for Summer Internships. West Monroe Partners Software Engineer and Deloitte Software Engineer. I'm not sure which one will be better for my career. Will Deloitte allow better future opportunities because of its brand name? Or, will the fact that WMP is a technology-focused consulting firm look better for getting future SWE jobs?

How do you advocate for a "level" promotion in a company that has vague unofficial descriptions of levels? I'm doing L4-5 (on standard levels, or L3 within our system) work but can't get away from the unofficial "L2".

Making 140k with 7 yrs experience in this role, and 12 prior years experience in Systems Engineering roles. I know someone on my team is at 180k with a similar career.

Fighting with my manager atm on definitions of levels and feel like its a red herring.
