My boss (senior manager) pressurizes his entire span to apply for Annual Leaves for days when we are on bench. His thought process is that it would improve the utilisation rates and then not allow the employee to take any leave once the project starts.
He doesn't allow to apply personal leaves or special leaves quoting some BS.
I wanted your opinion if you also face similar issues? If not, any suggestions on how to tackle it? Everyone in his span I have talked to is super frustrated. EY

@EY provide learning platform?
If yes which one
Chief
Yeah some guidance on FBP would be highly appreciated
Thank you in advance
What are all components that can be considered as part of FBP in EY GDS?
You need to provide phone and internet bills and your salary would be ajusted after adjusting for tax calculations- if you upload 1k per month bill and you fall under 30% tax bracket, then accordingly you will save ₹300 since ₹1000 will be credited to your salary and tax wont be deducted on that

Is FBP declaration is available only for senior and above levels only? Not for staff
Chief
Not sure bro
This is my first time with FBP ,also for my case on papers i am promoted to senior But in system it is still showing staff and I have FBP option (3 in total.. Internet ,LTA and NPS)
:
+ someone could also guide on FBP on employer NPS contribution?
Chief
Nps probably i can help
So basically under normal NPS 50K is max limit but under corporate NPS it is 10 percent of basic
Minimum contribution is 6k(I think) and max would be 10 percent of basic
Anything you declare in NPS FBP would be monthly deducted from your salary as a part of NPS contribution
Btw this contribution is tax exempted

SA 1- few questions on broadband bill
1) will we get reimbursement if we upload all bills? If yes , where to upload and when?
2) can we claim if broadband bill issued to another family members name? Will they audit?

Bill should be in your name. If it is in another person's name you can't claim it. You can see this in FAQ section
