Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick. No penalties for late work, taking excuses for attendance, lower academic and behavioral standards... How much weight do you give Glassdoor and other employee reviews? In the process for a referral interview, looked on GD, and the company had a 2.9 with 0% approval of their “young CEO”. Flags included toxic culture, overworking employees, smoke and mirrors hype. It is an agency startup though, so a heavy workload I feel is common. It’s also closer to the field I want to be in, but does not sound like a coaching environment. Should I go forward or just politely decline?

Guys and girls. Feeling deflated AF. Just did the BCG Online Case in London and completely and utterly bombed it. It was challenging to begin with but not being able to clarify things with a person was especially hard. I was also using my personal laptop on which I don’t usually type so one answer had tons of typos. The video recommendation didn’t let me record a second time (I was expecting two tries) - I stopped in the middle of the first one! Emailed the recruiter a video later. I need cake.
