Can someone explain me how much scatterplot weigh and what are the things you should be careful of if you’re in lower side?. Not working with that team anymore. New to the firm and had rough start.

Assuming this is the Deloitte scatter plot thing. I don’t think anyone fully understands it, especially given the new guidance this year. I wouldn’t worry too much about your exact place on the chart.

Yes it’s for Deloitte

Can someone tell me if this is legal? The organization I work for pulled some of us aside today and said they are going to pull back on our salaries to cut costs. Can they do this? Do I have any options here? Can I simply refuse to go along with this?

I have been tracking the member count of our group for the past 2 months to get a sense of how much FOMO there is. In the last 1 month alone we have added at least 300 members. The FOMO is real!

Hi,
I received an offer yesterday from JPMC.
I want to know when can I expect details about relocation benefits from HR. He took all the details about relocation 3-4 days before releasing the offer letter.

Will there be a separate relocation benefits email in recent coming days or it will be taken care of at the time of joining?
Thanks

Can anyone confirm if this is accurate? I make $140k, over the Roth IRA contribution limit ($129k). If I max out my 401k in 2022, my AGI will be below the limit (around $120k), so I should be able to contribute to my Roth IRA in full without penalty for 2022? I believe this is accurate based off my googling but looking to confirm. Thank you!
