How’s project culture at DLA?

How long does the typical career path after a PhD or MD take to reach a $500k+ total comp if we’re counting years at an MBB firm with an exit to pharma/biotech and promotion time thereafter? I get this there’s TONS of variation in this, but want to get a general sense. And what portion of these folks realistically reach this level?

Received a job offer today and unsure how to proceed. The role is lateral but with more opportunity to advance. The offer consists of a 17% base salary increase, a 25% annual bonus structure, and a signing bonus of 25% of my base. I feel that the offer is fair but the downside is fewer vacation days. I intend to negotiate the vacation time but as far as the compensation I am unsure if I should negotiate.. the offer is fair and I don't want to be greedy but I don't want to miss an opportunity

So I'm interviewing, have had loose salary conversation (talked about band but not specifics), and approaching the official offer stage. It's become clear the role is something I'm very well qualified for, but their pay expectations for the role are much lower than mine. How do I ask if I could be considered for a higher level position in the team in a higher salary band instead?

Raise and bonus.

How do y’all discuss raises and bonuses? I just started here in March but I’m a super high performer. 185+ hours per month, glowing feedback, etc. I won’t have been here a full year which is a requirement. Is it worth it to bring it up or should I just let it go? I NEEEED a raise. I’d like a bonus. I’ve never negotiated salary before and it makes me nervous.

Brand Strategy/Planning roles aren't typical in PR. So every new Account hire arrives with no experience working with a Strategist. I'm tired of explaining/showing my role adds necessary value.
