Can someone explain what career progression looks like at B4 Consulting? How long after joining a company before pursuing a MBA. Do you usually get hired back by the same firm or do you never leave the firm to begin with? At what level does comp match for MBA and non-MBA hires?

Seems like Fishbowl is losing its charm. People ask for 11 likes to DM and they get more than 20 likes (even when he/she asked for 11 likes). I regularly comment in posts and advise/suggest any questions which I come across and in return people do not even "Like" it. Let us be courteous enough to "Like" the comment if you found the response helpful.

P.S.: I really think we should stop giving 11 "Like" to the users who just want to activate their DMs without contributing to bowls.

I started a job with a tutoring company. I had to go in for training at 2pm one day. They never told me how long I would work until I got there. Turns out I had to work until 7:30. 5 and a half hours of training. My previous experience with the same company (diff franchise) only required 1 hour of training. Anyways at the end of my shift, they said I don’t get paid for that day. They didn’t guarantee pay the next day, either. I left and said it was illegal. Was I right?
