I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.

Anybody in a similar soup, where your core skills lie in Business Consulting, but you are being repeatedly put in IT implementations. Experiencing gaslighting almost every second day.
