Can someone give me an insight about this job posting from Deloitte? Not sure what is expected since I have never been in a consulting company . Will I be managing a team? Do I have to find customers? Is not clear to me from the job description.

Leaving a company as a team JPMorgan Chase
Hello does anyone have experience or know of a case where a team or at least a group of people moved together to another employer.
For context we are a strong developer team that has been saddled with less than ideal migration with a vendor that is really not up to scratch and a big chunk of the team is not ok with that. So I wonder if there is a precedent of people just moving in bulk.

Looks like you'd be managing a software team for a product they sell to customers. Seems like a SaaS product that they probably offer as part of their consulting packages. I doubt this is a consulting position based on the job description. I'd imagine at most you may interface with consultants to adapt the platform to client needs.

No, other people find the customers. “Manager” is just a level. It means you won’t start at the very bottom and maybe they will pay you well. This sounds like a regular software development position at a consulting firm.
Keep in mind, D likes to bring people in at a lower level
I had a consulting firm do exactly what C1 described. I would advice against doing tech work in consulting, you're nothing more than client billable hours to them.
I think manager is a solid mid level position there but the compensation is really good overall. Might want to check Glassdoor to see if there s more insight into the role or comp
