Your employer will send you COBRA materials once you leave
You can buy from mktplace
Important: you can buy COBRA after the fact if you need it. As in, don’t get it when you leave. Get it if and when you may need it as it allows for retroactive paymen. You have I believe 60 days from when your previous benefit ends, during an “election period,” where this holds true. Also keep in mind that your prior insurance is active the rest of the current calendar month. Eg, if you quit September 1, you are covered until September 30. If you quit September 27, you are covered until September 30. Plan accordingly!
“10. Even if you enroll in COBRA on the last day that you are eligible, your coverage is retroactive to the date you lost your employer-sponsored health plan.
COBRA beneficiaries have 60 days to decide whether they want COBRA coverage. If you enroll in COBRA before the 60 days are up, your coverage is then retroactive, as long as you pay the retroactive premiums.
This means that if you incur medical bills during your "election period," you can retroactively — and legally — elect COBRA and have those bills covered.“

Obviously research for yourself.
Thank you, all.
