I am getting interviewed for MTS 3 (or SMTS if I do well for it ) position at VMware, (for workspace one team). All the rounds are cleared, salary negotiation is about to happen after a discussion with Hiring manager. How much CTC can I expect, I currently have 35LPA.
And what is the salary structure it will have, what all can I negotiate for. (Ex: How much Joining Bonus, No. Of Stock Units/Price, What is the variable pay.. etc.)

I have 2.5 years of experience my current CTC is 4.75 LPA and iam holding offer of 16 LPA from LTImindtree is it good ?

20% bonus
165k rsu over 4 years

I am currently serving my notice period at PwC AC. They had given out a retention bonus in march with the clause to return it in full if an employee leaves the firm any time before march 2023. Tax was deducted when the bonus was paid out but as per the HR the tax will not be adjusted when I pay back the entire amount. Has anyone faced a similar kind of issue and is there a way to claim tax rebate in ITR ?
