My onboarding date as per IBEGIN was 14th Sep 2022 but i haven't yet recieved any onboarding link or call. I tried to connect with recruiter but as usual they are neither picking calls nor replying the mail.
Shall i start looking for some other options or wait

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I am struggling to choose with the way to upgrade myself.

I had my 1 to 1 with my boss on Monday, at which time I brought up the fact that I felt like I was operating above my role of Marketing Assistant and said I felt that I was doing tasks that fell in line of Marketing Manager. After an honest conversation, he said that I fit more with Marketing Associate. What are some tells that a research article is not reliable/shouldn’t be taken seriously?

Had my first recruiter call today. When they asked me about my comp expectations, I asked them to tell me their range first and they said that they couldn’t disclose it as it was confidential. However, if I told them my range, they could tell me if they could match it or not. Is this standard practice? I didn’t want to disclose my range first but they didn’t leave me with a choice. How do you navigate such a situation?
