I was put into PIP in my first company. I believed my manager said that it's only for improvement. I signed it. Later realized it's a termination plan. So I quit the company. But after 5 years I got a call from my First company HR for another role, I was happy to take that opportunity. But later HR called me and said they couldn't proceed for some reason. Am I black listed because of PIP? Please share your insights

Its just 3 months, I joined a company and I am already stressed. I was told that I need to come to office twice a week ( which is 2 hrs away from my home) but now since 3 months I am asked to come thrice a week. Sometimes have to extend a hour or two in office without extra pay. Is it okay if I switch or shall wait for few more months and then see? Please advise

I have a close friend who is facing a small dilemma which is not allowing him to decide if he should join NIIT or a European company as a Manager recruiter. At NIIT he is supposed to recruit call centre professionals whereas the other company is an IT consulting and service provider. Also in the European company he gets to manage an internationally diverse team. The salary offered is almost the same. He is confused majorly because NIIT is a brand and the other is not. Hi Sharks, I have few offer letter and the maximum from those is from UKG( Ultimate Kronos Group) Noida. CTC is 18.5LPA(16+ 1.5variable + 1 JB) for 3.6 years of experience in SpringBoot Microservices. Is there any company who can offer more than this? A lot of HRs have told me this is max you can get for this much experience, specially Indian service based companies.
