I recently gave interview in Nagarro and it was a wierd experience. In my second round I feel that the interviewer got offended when I told him I have experience in Release Management and salesforce development and used many tools and applications. He started asking me if I know Laravel!! And some other tools/apps that has no link with salesforce!! Well I got rejected in my 2nds round and feel good if the organization is having such people I am good at Cognizant :)

Today is a great example of tech:
Early am call for European customers.
A couple of calls for in progress programs
Cancel calls because I can, and need a thinking break. Walk outside. Nap.
Take 2 more easy calls to check in on team progress
End at a reasonable time before 5 to go hang out in the good weather
Most days are this chill.
M1 - absolutely not sharing those details.
I used to work in consulting as an SM and on good days could get to something somewhat similar. I think it’s all about how you manage your time and others perceptions.
Not a walk in the park on my end- Morning is heads down on making edits / updates to requests that came through overnight from other time zones 9-12. 12-7 is back to back meetings. Pause for dinner / exercise and then get a few more hours in. Time zones are a challenge so pings are coming in 24/7. So prob around 50-60 overall with high intensity but definitely lots of flexibility for how I structure my day
