Agreed. So i do not understand why there won’t be room for negotiation if there isn’t a standard EM pay as BCG has for PL1 and PL2. I see how no negotiations for ASC base pay since that is indeed a standard pay.
If OP or I passed all the interviews and secured an EM offer, what would the terms hypothetically be? 200k base with a target performance bonus of 30%, and a sign on of 30k?
The point is there *will* be a standard for EM hires, we just don’t know what it is because it’s a new process. Feel free to negotiate, people here are just answering your question that there is no standard pay per year like you wanted, and seniority is really not going to matter to them at all.
Boston Consulting Group Does the 1 year apply ban apply across BCG DV and BCG Gamma? I’d like to apply to positions at both but want to apply to my second choice after doing some extra prep if I get rejected from the first choice.
They dont negotiate
seniority won’t mean anything in terms of getting more money. It’s all standardized for a reason.

No, you can’t, and this is common knowledge. The only thing you can do is negotiate what level you get hired as. You’ll be laughed at otherwise.
