Do you think having experience in b4 along with Macc + CPA can make up for not having MBA if looking to eventually be in a more finance or strategy role? Or if you know that’s where you want to be, do you go for MBA after 3-5 years of professional experience?

Canada - BC specific question

Wanted to get inputs from HR Gens/HRBPs about their views on claw back for sign on and other one time bonuses. I know that a 1 year clawback after payment is a general practice in some industries, but can the period be extended to 2 yrs for some critical situations?

Eg. Hiring an employee for a senior role with a flight risk due to past career instability, and offering them 20K sign on with a 2 year claw back clause in employment contract

Is it legal as per ESA?
