Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

How does one gain clarity about what to do with their career? I’m a tax manager, love client relations, business development, training/managing staff, recruiting, etc., but feel like the amount of technical work I have to do yet makes it hard to be successful in the areas I enjoy. I’m also finding that busy season doesn’t necessarily mesh with my ‘wants’ in life anymore as I’m a big skier, like going on spring break, etc. Any advice?

Officially had the worst date of my life. Dude kept saying he’s expecting me to pay for the entire tab (which is nbd really) before we reached the restaurant for dinner and drinks. It was all fun and merry until the check came and the waiter gave the check to him instead of me. Date gets offended and calls waiter a sexist bc “why should men pay all the time?” And angrily gives his credit card 💳. I insist and put my credit card as well and we split the tab. 😂🤣 this was our first and last date. ☺️
