Trying to renegotiate comp as the scope of my role has increased. My role is part Project Manager + Program Manager + Content Management + Consumer Insights Research. Right now at 125 + bonus but no stock grants/options. Looking at total comp in tech seems those roles are closer to $200-250k total comp. I asked for stock options and they said not possible (acquisition bureaucracy), advice?

Recently moved to NoMa w/ wife. This past weekend our street was blocked my multiple police cars due to gun shots on M street around 2am. Whenever we walk out of our apt building see homeless people all around. Walking into Teeter you get hounded by people asking for change. While Indian consulting folks supporting the US folks do the bulk of the analysis, churning out the data and making the ppts, all the US folks do is attend meetings. Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)
