Start tiny and build momentum! If you can do something easy like a few squats while you brush your teeth or 5 push-ups when you first wake up, you’ll start to look forward to how accomplished it makes you feel for how easy it is.
Thank you so much for asking this. I really needed to here this and get the motivation. I love staying healthy but the last three month been just work & class and my waistline shows it.😩
Literally the only fitness steps are small ones, that you do over and over and over. Anything else is a lie.
Rising Star
Half the battle is transitioning over to a lifestyle or habit. Small steps to build routine and consistency - then add challenges (longer duration, more frequent, more intensity, etc) but you have to start somewhere. You’ll never embark upon your journey if you sit on the couch eating cheesy poofs and beating yourself up fir what you feel you SHOULD be doing. Just do it. 😊
