110-150k can be expected, depending on your YEO, etc. This is based on when I was there a few years ago. I assume that COVID has changed everything, including the interview process.

You're welcome! I hope it makes the decision a little easier :)

Consulting vets, normal? I was lured into consulting and lost benefits due to the challenging transformation program being right up my alley. I have a multi year contract with heavy director duties promising fast track to Sr leadership. Day 1 I find out Iead no one and the MD is in charge. A few months later I get involved in spending nights and weekends for 3 weeks making a 60+ page deck. Company wins part of the contract and hires 12 more. Since then I have been ignored by them. No bonus!

Two questions: 1) I’m pregnant with my first baby (16 weeks), any advice on when to disclose? 2) Does that timing advice change given our current COVID circumstances? I’ve been WFH since March, and while the Firm hasn’t indicated it’s going to require us back in, a handful of partners I work have started to mention it. I’d like to nip that talk in the bud and feel like a reasonable way to do that is to disclose. Thanks in advance for any thoughts?
