I have an offer from a company where my salary is 30% higher than my current place, and the benefits are great. I'm pretty happy with the overall package , only negative is my 4 weeks vacation will turn into 3. They've already said no to matching my 4 weeks.

I will sign with the company but I wanted some advice on how to negotiate -- if needed at all. Or maybe ideas on what else can be negotiated? They did mention the possibility of stock options later.

Need all of your's honest opinions on the work culture of Deloitte India.

How's the work life balance for position like consultant and senior consultant?

Is there any sufficient time provided to learn new things on the go ?

Is there any excessive pressure from the manager's at Deloitte?

How's the health benefits and leave policy for vacation?

I have an offer for a newly created collections strategy project manager at a mid sized credit union for $95k, 7-9% bonus, and 3 weeks PTO.

Am holiday a offer of 25F + 10% V but Optum is still offering a max of 22.5F+15%V. Am disappointing that Optum is paying so low than all others in market. Was expecting higher from Optum given it is a product based and a captive of UHG. HR trying to convince me that i will have great learning at Optum. Please share your option.

So i work at this company in coimbatore (india) and we have a very poor work life balance. We have a 6 day working policy and no vacation or sick leaves just 1 day casual leave a month. We usualy had to work around 10 to 12 hrs and no leaves even during govt holidays. How can i make them understand this is killing our personal life. They denied the travel and accommodation allowance.

I tried to contact the Onboarding Manager and buddy by mail but I did not get a response. 

Can someone tell me what the actual allocation policy is?

To folks who joined TCS recently or about to join in 2 week,

I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?
