- bnp - 26.5 lpa fixed ( chennai location) (technical lead)
But both the cases , I need to relocate.
7 years java fullstack
- have service based companies offer in my current location (Wipro,mindtree, cognizant,)
- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.
Jpmc 3days /week work from office

Does accenture has the probation period of 180 days?? Would it matter to consider job security in current situation and go with the offer?

Anyone else faced this ? Will they release the offer letter ? I'm worried, please share your experience if you've joined cognizant in recent time.
