Can someone provide advice on how I can prep for an FDD interview? What technicals do I need to know? Any videos /websites I should look at that you think is helpful? While I am not interviewing currently I want to start preparing as FDD is my goal in future. Currently coming from audit background.

Behavioral mostly, but doesn't hurt to brush up on understanding the three financial statements and how they speak to each other.

Understand what a Quality of Earnings is, debt and debt like items and some examples of due diligence adjustments

Should be FDD crash courses you can Google for buying that help. That’s what helped me get in

How some people are clearing interview and then getting into a project even though they don't have any skills, no desire to learn new things, can't perform a very very simple task even though it's already documented clearly, totally burden on team members. They don't even try to do basic troubleshooting when they faced simple issues, rather asks stupid question to junior who is having only 1 years of experience and ask for solution.
I noticed this in every project I joined

What do you think makes more sense:
a) Stay in audit and get M1 promo this year, and then later try to transfer to FDD at manager level.
b) Move to FDD right now as S3, settle in at more relaxed pace but only hit M1 promo in 2 years.
