Hi Everyone! Looking to ask for a raise of 20k in my clinical research coordinator position at a top Healthcare cancer facility in New York City.
I've never asked for such a significant raise and have been in my position for a year to date. Much of my position originally includes data entry, customer service, team collaboration. I have contributed more than that, like project & program development, authored editorial pieces, etc. Advise on how or in which ways to negotiate? Thanks!

Happy 4th of July. 🇺🇸 A lot of folks have never even been to a country where holding a protest sign is sedition (HK), or speaking badly about the leader is considered treason (Turkey), or the internet is heavily censored (PRC). I’m thankful that we live in a country where it’s ok to trash talk the system, and it’s ok to fight to improve your lot in life.
