Can someone share holiday calendar for Deloitte India?

For McKinsey PEI, I was told I’ll be asked 1 question on leadership and 1 question on personal impact. I prepared 2 examples for each as recommended but these examples will only work if I’m asked generic questions like “Tell me about a time when you showed leadership” or “Tell me about a time you made personal impact”. Can someone from McK confirm if the questions asked will be more generic or specific?

Can someone please explain why a seller cares how much a buyer puts down (10% vs 20%), assuming they’re pre approved for the purchase price?

I am an electrical engineer working in a Data center having 5 years of experience and getting 5 LPA which is so less to survive in a city like mumbai. On the other hand my friends with similar experience getting 20 lpa to 30 lpa. I would like to know 1) is it possible for me to jump into IT sector? I've go an offer for a position as an SRE at Google Dublin. Even though I'll be losing some base salary, and a level from where I am at Microsoft, I'm considering moving. However, I was hoping somebody working at Google in Dublin could share which benefits you have to compare with (currently at Microsoft we have health insurance, life insurance, pension plan, subsidized meals).
Also, does anybody know if Google Dublin pays for the on call?

Isn't it possible to have a conversation with hiring manager in Amazon before joining. I tried to have a catch up with him regarding my roles and responsibilities, but my manager denied. I was told , that I will be only able to interact with him after joining. Now I am starting to give a second thought about joining Amazon.

Looking for advice on how to deal with team constantly buying unhealthy "snacks" (donuts, cookies, candy) that just sit in the team room with us all day and it's so hard to not eat. I know ultimately it's my responsibility to resist but it's maddening how much harder it is when the food is right in front of you. I offered to be in charge of team snacks but people still bring in this unhealthy crap anyways. The additional temptation has made me fall off the wagon and I've already gained weight since joining the team. Please help 🐠 fam, this is really destroying me.

After clerking, my BF recently accepted an offer from and joined a V50 firm (been there a few weeks). Shortly before his start date, he heard back from a V5 firm (one he’s wanted to join for a while) and just got an even better offer. Practice groups at each firm are also different.

The office he joined for the V50 firm is in City A. The office for the V5 firm is in City B (where V50 firm also has an office).

How should he break the news to the V50 firm to minimize reputational risk, etc.?
