I have an offer and want to negotiate

1. London base salary but I have to absorb all the expenses (train + stay)
I am thinking to negotiate to

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

Any advice on material needed for the LCSW? I’ve been sitting on my LMSW for 8 years and am ready to switch to PP. I have been within agencies since graduating, but never “needed” to take it. I’ve taken it and failed once already. Any guidance would be appreciated!

I am from the GTA in ON, Canada and wondering if there a real demand for TAS and Recruiters locally. Do my local fellows feel that too?

Does anyone have experience recruiting for the Baltimore area? I am struggling to find good quality candidates that are punctual for their interviews and look sharp. Any suggestions?

On June 21, I had an interview with two managers to become an HR Coordinator. Everything went smoothly, and I got good feedback, so I moved on to the management round of interviews. The recruiter initially stated that I would go through two rounds; however, between June 22-June 23, there were really five rounds, and I am still awaiting the scheduling of one more interview, even though it is now July. I'm becoming frustrated at this point. I’m still actively interviewing with other companies.

Hey everyone, looking for some advice. I’ve been working as a RC for a tech company for 15 months making 45k (I know I’m underpaid) and I’m looking to pivot. I feel really burnt out in this role and would love to transition to something else, perhaps another department. I don’t really want to be in an entry level role again, so what kinds of jobs should I be looking at where I can transfer over my skills easily? I also have customer service experience but would love to stay away from that. TIA!

Hey. What are some strategies or tactics you have developed which are very successful in small markets (I'm talking SUPER small)? I feel like I've thrown all my darts and some markets still can't find talent.

Some things I've tried, here in Canada:

- non-profit/employment centers
- indeed headunting
- getting field/hiring managers to post around town
- getting on local FB groups
- local schools if there are any
- physical posters
- newspaper/old media (not great)

Ideas needed 😭
