Started at my first BL firm and seems too good to be true. People are super nice (including one partner who has gone out of their way to help me on questions I have and may end up being a great mentor that I’ve long sought), work is more organized and planned out far in advance avoiding unnecessary fire drills (transactional), training is fantastic and I’ll probably bill the same or fewer hours as I used to and get paid twice as much. The grass is indeed greener!
