Product manager = “own” a product, guide your product’s future, visionary, usually responsible for your product’s P&L
Program manager = closer to project manager, cost center
Subject Expert
Product manager owns the vision and execution of the product, program manager enables the product team and handles the back office side of the house

What others have said, but I would also mention that I’ve noticed a lot of companies call project management jobs product management (to get better applicants, etc)
