Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. Does anyone else feel uncomfortable when interviewees ask about diversity at your firm/office? I grew up in a very white area, and I don’t really notice/get bothered by lack of diversity. This recruitment cycle, a lot of non-white students asked if the lack of diversity at my office bothers me and asked why I think it’s so white. I feel like they expect me to have a very academic/astute response, but I just shrug and say I don’t notice it.

The new company started the process all over again and she got her i140 approved, but we realized they filed it in EB3!! Her priority date is current in EB2. Has anyone been in this situation? My EAD card got lost recently unfortunately, will I still be able to join the company? The website says says that an interview is not required but only gives the option to schedule one 2 months from now - which is too late for me.
