I own and rent out my 1BR in Harlem. The upstairs neighbors are a couple with two toddlers who are banging constantly. My tenant wfh as a professor and therapist for people in crises. She has developed migraines and the noise is so loud she is being asked to leave work zoom calls. The upstairs couple is sweet and apologetic, but the noise is ABSURD, the running around never stops. I’ve tried all the common sense, nice ways to remedy. Doesn’t my tenant have the right to quiet enjoyment? Ideas!?

Question for experiential producers: would you rather work at a smaller experiential agency that does awesome events and has processes and procedures down because that’s what they do and do it well, or would you rather work at larger agency with experiential events team that does all the experiential for the company? Hi Fishes, I have a job offer from Deutsche bank that i have accepted (19.5 fixed and 3 joining bonus). I am currently on notice and interviewing for another bank as well which will potentially offer me around 25 lpa fixed and a designation equivalent to AVP. I am more inclined towards DB, should i renegotiate the salary with DB once i get the letter from other bank? If i were to withdraw my application from DB, do you think they will blacklist me?

Hii folk, I need to ask one thing, as we know IT deduction is calculated on yearly net income, so let suppose i was getting 40000 half of the year (previous company) and rest of the year i got 100000 in hand. So my IT will be calculated on 6*100000+ 40k*6. At the FY closer. What would be the tax slab calculated for this, and if i get joining bonus what would be the tax on that.
