Can you suggest an area to live in banglore with family with rent of 40 k for 3 bhk.

My new company is in electronic city siemens but they are flexible with going to office.
So I don't want to live in outskirts which is very far from city and Also cannot affort to pay beyond 40 k.
Please advise some areas

Is it true that a guy never notices another guy but notices all the girls? My boyfriend and I just had a discussion about how he does not notice any guys in the gym but notices all the girls. When I tried to put forward my argument saying I notice both guys and girls so it should be the same case for him. He said it’s not the same for the guys. Can I get any male opinion on this or even female if they have experienced something similar in their relationship? Thanks!

Goddamn, the opportunity cost of clerking is quite high

My firm has ~50 attorneys and is the best in the field. all decisions are made by one man, eg bonuses, raises, promotions. There is no transparency. The only objective measure might have been billing. The billing requirement is 1900/ yr, but a total of ~200 hours are no-charged automatically, and he goes after closing the case and no charges hours based on factors unknown. The result is that no one can track their own billables, and the criteria for bonuses are a mystery. Is this normal?

Tranferred to another team third time during 7 months stint. The new team is not happy and are giving me namesake training and has said if not performed starting next month, I will be out. I have my wedding next week and they are giving me exercises during weekends also. Will be joining EY GDS on last week of jan 2022. Anyone who has joined recently or knows the process of joining, can you please tell me when i can expect to get Onboarding mails? Last mail I received long back on 15th Nov regarding onboarding site - better begins here.

My engagement is being changed to other than my core areas for utilization of team purpose. They already did this once and i dint like the work ive been doing. Is it common for others as well ?
