Hello everyone, I’m coming from a fairly relaxed background in terms of workwear. What should I be wearing in the financial sector - asset management ? Any brands also welcome

Is it ridiculous to leave your job at one of the “top” agencies for a job at a far less known, less prestigious agency? I spent the first couple years in the industry dreaming of making it to one of the top shops — but now that I’m here, I’m miserable. At the end of the day, it’s the the obsessive, working-all-hours, cult-like culture that just isn’t for me. However, I also realize it may look like a weird “downgrade” on my resume to jump ship to the smaller shop. Would love some outside input.

Warning to those seeking loans: I’m going through a refinance with Keybank and it’s not a good experience. They offered me the lowest rate after shopping around, which includes a .25% discount if I open a simple checking and savings account, then they opened a money market account for me instead (rectified). I didn’t hear any more about the process for obtaining the discount after the initial sell, and when I asked, I was told to get the checking account ASAP.
