I’m looking to buy an investment property in the next 9-12 months. When applying for a mortgage, do they only look at my ability to repay based on my salary alone? Or is historical (or projected) income from the property considered as well?

This will be my first property.

One policy that has been hotly debated but I strongly disagree with (as a left leaning person) is student debt cancellation. My other liberal friends also disagree with this one. That is about ~40 million shares between $5 and $10 strikes. Share Volume was 581 million shares today compared to 65 million shares a week ago.
