I’m considering a lateral move. New firm is offering a full bonus for pro-rated hours, which is nice but I doubt I’ll hit hours due to HR/admin onboarding work, ramp up, coming on in the middle of deals, etc. Any chance I can negotiate for a guaranteed bonus regardless of hours or is that unreasonable? Is there any instance where TCS have matched their compensation with the counter offer after renegotiation ? I had a discussion with TCS HR regarding renegotiation and she said she will try to match.

Worked hard whole month and earned a debt of INR 21k for TCS management decided to recover the digital component of my salary from last 2 months. My eyes are paining as I been working all day. I was not expecting a reward for my full time work in NP but nor did I expect this cheap trick. Hey TCS, why you begging. When I joined as fresher they tagged me as 5 year experience to client. the new company where I'm about to join wants full expanded name according to passport.

will it cause any issue in future for pf, background verification etc.?

People who're negotiating with TCS HR. Please remember the following. 1.Offers are mostly non negotiable
2.They have strict 30-40% hike only.
3.If you ask more, they will say, I will get back to you and you wont get anymore calls. Be careful.
4.They have bands fixed like 4-6 yrs ITA and so on
Either take the offer and look out for another company or accept the offer if you need TCS somehow. Thiis my personal experience and also from this forum discussions.

I got offer from TCS ..and they ask to initiate BGC within 3 days.I recently got married and my permanent address is my husband's address but I don't have documents with that address ..can I upload electricity bill as address proof but its not in my name .whom should I contact regarding this. Will this affect my onboarding

If I Accepted the TCS offer and lateron got another offer them can TCS matchback or give best offer on latest offer ?

I have not joined TCS after accepting offer letter due to some reasons. I have read somewhere that my offer letter is valid for 120 days from original joining date. When I tried to contact HR regarding this they are not responding. Any other way I can join TCS using my offer letter?

Hello I am serving notice period and my LWD is 5th October. My manager is forcing me to come to office when i dont have any work and there is no WiFi at office. He is saying staying in office for 9hrs is mandatory and threatening that my clearance will be affected if i dont come office. Will i face any issues if i dont go office during exit formalities?
