Hi 🐟, Is there a way of clearing QET career framework assessment 😂 by referring some sites? I'm manual tester & they have assigned me QET automation UFT, QET Automation Selenium and QET Automation API which are not my skillsets. I work in an org where am not valued. I have been there for a couple of years. I bring good exp and qualification on board, but my experience in this org has smeared my self esteem and has discouraged me from putting in my all. I am traumatized from this exp and I have lost confidence in myself. I sometimes remember how I have been treated or spoken to and I literally tremble. Other things I do outside of my org are top notch and I get compliments. I need advice on rebranding or moving forward.

Question for seniors, how do you stay motivated to finish an engagement when the manager, partner and client seem like they have no interest in getting it done? Seems like all of my private company audits are like this.

How do I handle a situation where a supervisor questions comes off as she sees me as stupid and is belittling me? In the beginning of week, I was scheduled spilt between her client and another, and she felt I was responsible to tell her. We all have access to the schedule. When on this other client, she wanted to do call. I responded I was at a client, and she was upset and believed I should respond her questions concerning her job. I was in a conversation with a client at the time.
