My current employer hasn’t really had any openings in any department that I’m interested in and job shadowing hasn’t been an option due to how the workload of the department is. Hello, I just had to vent a little and maybe ask for your opinion. So I’ve been working at my job for four years now and I’ve never gotten a promotion. On top of this, I do extra duties that my coworkers don’t do and struggle with the work load. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and am not sure what to do. I'm aware that the CAIA is not as popular in Asia compared to the CFA. From my knowledge, there are no CAIA holders in my current firm within the Asian region, despite dealing with alternative investments.
