What is the salary range for M and SM?

I wasn’t offered a relocation nor signing bonus in my initial offer for a senior analyst position at a ratings agency. Isn’t it abnormal? Should I ask for it and if so, how much?

F / 32 / NYC / 115K. Curious if people think my title seems low for the salary and years of experience. There are others with my title in their early 20s, I believe making quite a bit less.

Man this Bowl is filled with some angry mid-levels. We get it, this job was hard for you, but it is for juniors now, too. Stop punching down.

I don’t think the juniors are entitled, they just want to share in their firms’ wealth. Surely any salary increases for the Classes of 2019, 2020, and 2021 would easily pay for themselves through billable hours.

But there's no mention of that in the OL...

Have any vets here been able to join MBB at the post-MBA level with only an undergraduate degree? I have anecdotally heard of this being done before, however the person who made it happen was an officer. For context, I'm a prior enlisted SOF vet with a little under 10 years of service currently finishing a summer role with M. *Medical Records Requests / Reducing Expenses / HITECH*
I recently left my corporate paralegal role to return to a small personal injury firm. I was shocked to learn that the HITECH fee no longer applies if a client requests their medical records be sent to a third-party (e.g. attorney). Has anyone had any success modifying their HITECH request template for clients so there IS a fee limitation AND the records are sent directly to their attorney? Paying $100+ for hospital records is sickening.

I am interviewing for a GCP S&O role, and had a cognitive ability (GCA) round with hiring manger, after which I was told I am moving to virtual onsite which will be 2 rounds... leadership / googleyness and RRK. Has anyone ever been leveled down after reaching offer committee? I was told that I interviewed strongly and was being placed at L6 but once I was presented before the committee their feedback was that since 1 of the interviewers didn’t ask specific questions of me that they’d expect for L6 - I could either proceed as L5 or conduct 2 additional interviews to still be evaluated at L6. Can someone share their experience with anything similar? I am being considered for both PgM and TPM roles.

Hello! I have an inital call with HR coming up for a non-technical program manager role and I’m anticipating the expected total comp question. I’m coming from a non-tech background so I’m not sure what would be reasonable. Not sure what L level this role would be (it’s titled just Program Manager). Role would be in the Bay Area (currently live in DC). I’ve got 10 YOE, mostly in the government (3 in consulting). Any insight would be helpful!

I started my interview process last October and had my final interview before Christmas. It’s been over 4 weeks now since my last interview and I still have not heard back from the recruiter. I’ve followed up once after the new year, nothing. Should I follow up again or just wait and be patient? I understand it was the holidays but even if they don’t have an update yet can’t they at least let me know? Heard the recruiting/hiring process at google is notoriously slow, but is this common?
