I’ve done a lot of clever, conceptual work on social but I want to switch to a more integrated agency (TV, OLV, social, etc.). How do I prove to a recruiter that I have the chops? Am I at a disadvantage when compared to a candidate from an agency that has already done a lot of TV?

She responded by apologizing not following up and informed me that recruiting handles that part of the process . Did anyone got into such situation where you have got like 6 offers and at last you have decided to join a company and rejected the remaining 5. And that 1 company you are about to join had revoked the offer. It didn't happen with me but I was just curious to know 😆

I have a NP of 3 months, But I told the HR during initial screening that it is 2 months

Now, all technical rounds are completed and only final HR round is left. Should I tell them now that I have 3 months NP or should I wait for the offer to roll out, put my papers and after some time contact the HR again and tell them?
