Seeking advisement on HELOC…..
Currently married with one child. Own two condos in the state of Hawaii. We moved in with my in laws to get some help with our 2 yr old during Covid. I owe about $150k (market value $530k) on property one and owe $490k (market value $790k) on property two. My wife and I both work and have a combined gross income of $370k/yr. With about $120k in liquid cash, should we try pay off prop one and get a heloc for a SFH?

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! Any input would be appreciated.

My company is looking for a way to coordinate travel plans so that one person isn't arriving at one of our international offices one week and then someone else goes to the same office the following week.
Interested to hear how others coordinate travel in this way that would allow people to plan their trips together. Do you use any software, app, shared document?

I quit. I was respectful. Thankfully, every person I have told has been so nice, and I wasn't immediately bounced out by my leadership (which has happened), but I have been surprised by my own bittersweet tears. If they actually cared, why didn't they say so sooner? I gave so much, and I was consumed by this organization. I invested in them, but my investment and dedication were not reciprocated, which is why I ever even entertained leaving. I don't know why it hurts, but it really, really does.
